Do you want to find out what is happening in your community, as well as make connections with local groups? If the answer is yes click here for an up to date register of events and activities.
If you need more information about what local support and activities are available to you, a Community Coordinator can help.
Community Coordinators support individuals to access social, practical and emotional support by signposting and referring to local services, groups and activities that help to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals within the local community.
