Practices in area

All practices in our cluster area strive to offer the best care to all patients regardless of any disabilities or communication difficulties.

Ashgrove

The Surgery is wheelchair accessible, with a disabled entrance to the rear of the building via automated doors.

We also have a lift providing access to the upper floor. The practice has a patient call-in system which will speak and display your name when you are called. To help our patients who are profoundly deaf or hard of hearing we have the “Sonido” portable equipment.

Eglwysbach

All sites are wheelchair accessible.

A portable hearing loop is available in Eglwysbach, and we have Sonido devices for those with hearing difficulties in all sites.

New Park

Both sites have hearing loops and are wheelchair accessible, all consulting rooms are on ground floor level.

Old School

Wheelchairs accessible both sites, hearing loops and digital listeners at both sites.

Basic sign language can be used by Healthcare assistant Georgia, Practice Nurse Lauren and phlebotomist Christine.

Parc Canol

All surgeries have wheelchair access and there is parking available.

We have use of the Sonido devices for patients who are hearing-impaired.

Taff Vale

Patients are welcome to be seen at any branch site, selecting the one that suits their needs.

Dewi Sant and Rhydyfelin are wheelchair accessible. Consulting rooms are ground floor in Rhydyfelin and Glyncoch. Lifts are available in Dewi Sant. A hearing loop is available at Rhydyfelin with Sonido hearing devices at all branch sites, Patient call system installed at Dewi Sant Health Park which will display and call patient name/GP and consulting room details. Online interpreter facility available at all sites.
