Who we are
Taff Ely Cluster website is a central hub that connects people from Pontyclun to Pontypridd with health and wellbeing support.
Local healthcare and community professionals — like GPs, pharmacists, dentists, opticians, wellbeing co-ordinators work in partnership to make it easier for you to access the help you need.
We can also signpost to a wide range of local services, including group activities, wellbeing sessions, housing support, benefits advice and help finding work, plus more! By working together with different services, we help you to get the right support, in the right place, at the right time.

The Taff Ely Cluster is made up of four core healthcare specialists: GPs, pharmacists, dentists and optometrists. Together with our broader primary care and community services, these experts form the foundation of patient care across the area.

A GP practice with surgeries in Pontyclun and Llanharry offering a wide range of NHS services.
Eglwysbach, Tonteg & Ynysybwl Surgeries
A large Pontypridd-based practice providing GP services and community support.
Taff’s Well Medical Centre
A GP practice providing care to patients in Taff’s Well and surrounding areas.

A three-site practice in Church Village, Beddau, and Creigiau providing care to the surrounding areas.
