What is PIPYN

PIPYN is a free program that supports families to build healthier habits through food, activity and everyday routines. If you live in Taff Ely, Rhondda or Merthyr Tydfil and have a child aged 3–7, you can access fun, tailored support without needing a referral.

How does PIPYN help?

Families taking part in this program get access to support with topics like eating well on a budget, meal planning, affordable food, shopping habits, healthy recipes, screen time, active play, family routines and more.

Sessions are delivered by friendly health and wellbeing professionals and designed to suit real family life. You’ll get practical advice, take part in fun activities, and leave with realistic ways to make lasting changes at home.

How do I get involved?

PIPYN is free to join and available to all eligible families, with no need to go through a GP or referral process. Sign up here or contact your local team directly.
