Help Us Help You

Each of our GP receptionists are trained Care Navigators, they play a major role in ensuring you receive the care you need.
When you call your surgery the care navigator will ask you a few questions so they can accurately assess your healthcare needs and direct you to the most suitable healthcare professional & ensure that you receive the best and most appropriate care.
While a GP might be your first thought for healthcare, a Care Navigators may guide you to other professionals better suited to managing your needs. A range of specialists like Pharmacists, Opticians, Community Wellbeing Co-ordinators, or Physiotherapists might be the best professional to provide you with the appropriate care.

Benefits of Care Navigators
