Joint Care Programme
If you would like support to help lose weight, become more active and reduce joint pain, then click both here and here to see leaflets about this excellent service that provides a free, 12 week programme offering a two hour weekly session consisting of 1 hour of light exercise and 1 hour of nutrition advice, including some practical cookery sessions.
You can also attend a second exercise session per week at a small cost. Sessions are held in local leisure centres, and there is a video below highlighting the benefits of this scheme.
