Urgent Eye Problems
If you are concerned about your eyes and consider that you may have an urgent eye condition of any sort , and/or that your vision is deteriorating quickly, you should know that these symptoms should not be ignored.
You can contact your local Welsh Eye Care Scheme (WECS) Accredited Optometry practice for an emergency appointment free of charge to a patient resident in Wales, or you may choose to see your GP - who in many cases would prefer you to have an assessment in an optometrist's first as they have specialist equipment and significant experience in identifying causes for concern and managing eye conditions.
