Menopause is a natural process in a woman's life and marks the end of your reproductive years. It usually effects women between the ages of 45 and 55 years old and could come with a range of symptoms.

The Stages of Menopause
There are three stages to the menopause:
Before Menopause (Perimenopause):
This is when periods become irregular, and you might experience symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, trouble sleeping, brain fog and fatigue. For many people the perimenopause can last years.
Menopause:
This is when you haven’t had her period for 12 months in a row. Hormones change, which can lead to symptoms like hot flashes and dryness.
After Menopause (Post menopause):
After menopause, some symptoms might improve, but there's a higher risk of problems like weak bones and heart issues due to lower hormone levels.
