Diabetes education videos and Local Resources Updates

We now have active links to the 'Pocket Medic' videos commissioned by NHS Wales and would encourage all patients in the cluster affected by Diabetes (of any type!) to take a look!

Also, December's community co-ordinator resources have now been updated on the site.
