We have been informed about a scheme running from September, based in Dewi Sant hospital and open to all who would like tips and information about maximising your wellbeing and mental health. Also, as mentioned before, the Care Navigation service will be commencing in all practices in the Cluster from September this year and the video below featuring a local GP helps to outline the reasoning behind starting this scheme.
